Charlie, the newest member of our team, started with us in December 2025. Charlie is looking forward to working alongside a great team and supporting farmers and rural businesses across the region. Coming from a sheep, beef & arable farm in the UK, and working on farms in the UK and Australia, agriculture has always been a huge passion of hers, and she’s excited for the opportunity to grow her knowledge, build strong relationships, and help deliver practical solutions on farm.
